The Hillside Villa hosts events through summer and needs every terrace, lawn panel, and bed guest-ready on short notice. Three different contractors used to share the work — and the blame.
Cutwell consolidated everything into one annual plan: weekly mowing, bed care, seasonal color rotations, irrigation checks, and pre-event detailing with a 48-hour turnaround.

The challenge wasn't horticulture — it was logistics. Events, guests, and staff share the grounds daily, so loud or messy work has narrow windows.
We zoned the property into quiet and robust areas, scheduled mowing around the events calendar, and keep a dedicated crew that knows every gate code and terrace by name.
