Let Your Lawn Breathe Again
Foot traffic and clay soil squeeze the air out of your lawn until water and nutrients can't reach the roots. Our commercial core aerators pull thousands of plugs per visit, opening the soil back up.
We follow immediately with premium sun-and-shade seed, a starter fertilizer, and a watering plan — so new grass germinates in the holes where it has zero competition from weeds.
- Commercial hollow-tine core aeration
- Premium seed matched to your light
- Starter feed plus watering guide

Aeration Questions, Answered
When is the best time to aerate?+
Early fall for cool-season grass, late spring for warm-season. We schedule your visit in the ideal window for your turf type.
Will aeration tear up my lawn?+
Cores look messy for a week, then melt back into the soil with rain and mowing — leaving stronger turf behind.
Should I mark sprinklers and lines?+
Yes — flag sprinkler heads, invisible fence, and shallow lines before we arrive, and we'll steer clear of them.
How soon can I mow afterward?+
Wait 2–3 days, then mow normally. Leave the cores where they fall; they break down into free topdressing.
Do I really need overseeding too?+
Aeration alone helps, but seed in fresh holes is what fills bare spots. Bundled together, results are dramatically better.
