A Fresh Start, Done Right
Some lawns are past saving one treatment at a time. Renovation strips the old turf, fixes grade and drainage, amends the soil, and installs premium sod or seed — then we nurse it through establishment.
You choose instant sod or economical seed; either way you get a level, healthy lawn with a written establishment plan.
- Sod or seed — honestly quoted both ways
- Grading & drainage corrected first
- 30-day establishment check included

Renovation Questions, Answered
Sod or seed — which should I choose?+
Sod gives an instant lawn and beats weeds; seed costs less and roots deeper. We quote both so you can compare.
How long until I can use the lawn?+
Sod: light use in 2–3 weeks. Seed: 6–8 weeks before regular traffic. We'll mark the timeline on your plan.
Do you fix drainage and low spots?+
Yes — regrading and drainage correction happen before any new turf goes down, not after.
What time of year is best?+
Early fall is ideal for cool-season turf; late spring for warm-season. We schedule around it.
Is the new lawn guaranteed?+
Sod is guaranteed when our watering plan is followed; seeded areas include a free touch-up overseed if germination is patchy.
