These terms cover lawn care services and shop orders from Cutwell Turf Co. By booking a service or placing an order, you agree to the following.
Services & Scheduling
Recurring services run on a set schedule and shift to the next dry day during bad weather at no extra charge. Skip or pause anytime with 48 hours' notice. One-time projects begin on the agreed date once access instructions are confirmed.
Quotes & Payment
Quotes are fixed for 30 days and based on the property as assessed. Service invoices are due within 7 days; shop orders are charged at checkout. Late service balances may pause future visits until resolved.
Guarantees
Treatments carry a same-season re-treatment guarantee: if a treated pest, weed, or disease issue persists, we return free. New sod is guaranteed when our watering plan is followed; seeded areas include one touch-up overseed if germination is patchy.
Property Access & Safety
Please secure pets, unlock gates, and flag sprinkler heads, invisible fencing, and shallow lines before visits. We are insured and our technicians are trained, but we can't accept liability for unmarked hazards.
